About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute advanced traffic analysis, corridor studies, and both complex and non‑complex traffic modeling projects.
- Provide senior‑level technical expertise to develop innovative engineering solutions and recommendations.
- Oversee discipline‑specific planning, work distribution, and team leadership to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate traffic engineering insights into broader transportation projects.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, quality control, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in traffic engineering, including traffic analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency with traffic simulation software (e.g., VISSIM, Synchro, Aimsun) and GIS tools.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
