Senior Thermal Systems Engineer - Flex

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and validate liquid cooling systems for high‑performance computing platforms using CFD and heat‑transfer modeling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into product architectures, ensuring reliability and manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain thermal simulation tools, test plans, and performance metrics to support product development cycles.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of thermal issues in prototypes and production units.
• Document design decisions, technical specifications, and test results for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in thermal systems design, with a focus on liquid cooling for data centers or high‑performance computing.
• Strong understanding of heat‑transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and materials selection for thermal management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
