Software Engineer
Lead QA efforts for Android and iOS applications, creating test strategies, automating test suites, and mentoring engineers while ensuring high‑quality releases through robust test processes and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end‑to‑end test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Lead functional and technical discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and design specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Appium, Selenium, Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and track key quality metrics to enhance overall testing efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on testing experience with Android and iOS platforms, including mobile test automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java and either Kotlin or Swift for test script development.
- Proficiency with Appium, Selenium, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience leading QA teams, mentoring engineers, and driving process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
