Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for complex, classified software systems.
- Collaborate with development, security, and program management teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain test environments, test data, and test harnesses while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Track, report, and verify resolution of defects using established defect‑tracking tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide test estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance (must be maintained throughout employment).
- 8+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and with secure, classified projects.
