About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of experimental, developmental, and operational tests for advanced naval systems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, leveraging Python and MATLAB to streamline test processes.
- Analyze test data, generate detailed reports, and present findings to engineering and program management teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test requirements, metrics, and success criteria.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior test engineers and coordinate test activities across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering, with a strong background in automated testing and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for test development and data processing.
- Experience with test management tools and documentation standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
