About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive test plans for new semiconductor products from first silicon through volume production.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test rigs and hardware test setups, integrating with test software and data acquisition systems.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and reliability teams to identify critical test points and develop robust test methodologies.
- Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and drive root‑cause investigations to improve product quality and yield.
- Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned; contribute to continuous improvement of test processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with a strong focus on NPI environments.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience designing and building hardware test fixtures and test equipment.
- Solid understanding of reliability testing, failure analysis, and statistical data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
