Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases across multiple banking applications, ensuring coverage of functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project requirements.
- Track, log, and manage defects using industry-standard tools, collaborating closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Generate and present test status reports, metrics, and quality dashboards to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in test execution within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
