QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and execution of advanced test strategies for SOC microprocessors, ensuring flawless product launches through rigorous qualification, characterization, and production testing on cutting‑edge nodes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cost‑effective test methodologies for IP blocks on advanced process nodes, collaborating closely with Design and Verification teams pre‑tapeout.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Python and C/C++ to support qualification, characterization, and production test flows.
- Create and execute FPGA‑based emulation and JTAG diagnostic programs to validate silicon performance and troubleshoot defects.
- Lead New Technology/Product Introduction (NTI/NPI) efforts, ensuring on‑time, defect‑free releases with optimal performance.
- Analyze test data, generate detailed reports, and recommend design improvements to enhance yield and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SOC test engineering, with a strong background in ASIC/FPGA verification.
- Hands‑on experience with JTAG, testbench development, and automated test frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
