About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Python for complex medical device software.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous quality improvement.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable defect reports to development teams.
- Document test plans, test cases, and execution reports, maintaining traceability to requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation for software or medical device applications.
- Proficiency in Python and Selenium WebDriver, with strong scripting and debugging skills.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high quality and regulatory compliance.
