About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end‑to‑end test strategy and architecture for complex precision motion and electromechanical systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable test frameworks and automated test suites that cover functional, performance, and safety requirements.
- Analyze test data to uncover design improvements, provide actionable insights, and influence product architecture decisions.
- Mentor and coach junior test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate testing early in the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of test engineering experience in high‑precision or electromechanical domains.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent) and scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, test architecture, and data‑driven test analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and test management tools.
