About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain hardware test rigs for Leviathan battery modules, ensuring accurate simulation of marine operating conditions.
- Develop and document comprehensive test procedures covering safety, performance, and durability for ABS Product Design Assessment.
- Lead test execution, collect and analyze data, and produce detailed reports to drive design improvements.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate test findings into product development cycles.
- Maintain test equipment, calibrate instruments, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues during testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in battery or high‑voltage system testing, preferably in marine or aerospace environments.
- Strong background in designing and operating test rigs, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
- Proficiency with test documentation, statistical analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
- Familiarity with ABS standards or similar maritime certification processes is a plus.
