About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for SIL/HIL testing of automotive software components.
- Implement automated test scripts in Python using Selenium and other relevant libraries to validate functional and performance requirements.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and validation teams to define test strategies, coverage, and defect resolution processes.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation within automotive or safety‑critical domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium, and test framework design.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of SIL/HIL concepts and automotive testing standards (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a cross‑functional team.
