Software Engineer
Senior Telecommunications Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced 5G and fiber‑optic networks, ensuring high‑performance connectivity and seamless integration across multi‑vendor environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of 5G and fiber‑optic network architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Conduct RF planning, site surveys, and performance analysis to optimize coverage and capacity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to integrate new technologies and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and enforce network standards, best practices, and documentation for ongoing operations.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages, and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications network design and deployment, with a focus on 5G and fiber optics.
- Proficiency in RF planning tools, network simulation, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating multi‑site projects.
