Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather detailed requirements for telecom solutions across wireline and wireless domains.
- Design and document PMO to FMO process flows, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery cycles.
- Translate business needs into automated, digitized system and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to validate solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Produce clear, concise technical documentation and user guides to support implementation and training.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telecom business analyst with deep knowledge of wireline and wireless plan‑design‑build processes.
- Strong Agile methodology expertise and ability to work in iterative development environments.
- Excellent data‑driven analysis skills, with proficiency in extracting insights to inform decision‑making.
- Exceptional technical writing and communication abilities, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams) and a track record of delivering high‑quality documentation.
