About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of cloud migration and platform modernization strategies to improve scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Drive delivery excellence by implementing Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Champion AI and machine‑learning adoption within the software development lifecycle to foster innovation.
- Monitor and improve platform health metrics, accessibility, security, and support processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with financial and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale modernization projects and managing platform stability, security, and performance.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD tooling, and DevOps culture.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into development pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps.
