About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including user guides, API references, and integration tutorials.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to gather accurate technical information and ensure documentation aligns with product releases.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Apply best practices in documentation structure, style, and accessibility, using tools such as Markdown, HTML, and Salesforce’s documentation platform.
- Continuously improve documentation quality through feedback loops, analytics, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in SaaS or e‑commerce platforms.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in HTML, Markdown, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Salesforce Help Portal).
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
