About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for aerospace and defense systems to internal teams and external customers.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in mission‑critical equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and program management to integrate training content with system specifications and DoD compliance requirements.
- Develop test procedures, troubleshooting guides, and documentation to streamline service operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and trainers, fostering knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical training and service engineering within aerospace, defense, or similar high‑tech environments.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for scripting, automation, and analysis tasks.
- Strong understanding of DoD standards, system integration, and lifecycle support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and customers.
