About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the platform, from provisioning and configuration to monitoring and incident resolution.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python and Bash to reduce manual effort and improve response times.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Integrate AI‑based monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and remediate issues.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define support processes, SLAs, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in technical support or site reliability engineering, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare‑tech environment.
- Strong proficiency with Linux systems administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM) and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to build automation and AI‑driven monitoring pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
