About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, integration, and performance problems.
- Develop and execute custom queries using SQL and scripts in JavaScript or Apex to troubleshoot data and automation challenges.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to reproduce bugs, provide detailed root‑cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions.
- Guide customers on best practices for API usage, data migration, and platform customization, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Document solutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on technical support or engineering experience with Salesforce, preferably Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript/Apex, and REST/SOAP API integration.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments and cloud‑based SaaS architectures.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality support in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
