Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier‑3 support for routing and switching issues in data center, AI, and HPC environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams to resolve technical problems and improve service quality.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and share best practices with the support community.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to high‑priority incidents during the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex network environments.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Experience with AI or HPC networking workloads is a plus.
