About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for cloud‑based applications, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and implement long‑term solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and Node.js to streamline ticket resolution and monitoring.
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, create knowledge base articles, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for peers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within cloud‑native environments.
- Proficiency with Python, Node.js, and Linux system administration.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
