About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2 and tier‑3 support for customers using the observability platform, diagnosing issues across logs, metrics, traces, and security events.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash) to streamline incident investigation and data collection.
- Guide customers on best practices for Kubernetes monitoring, APM, RUM, and SIEM integrations.
- Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and solutions in the knowledge base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in technical support or systems engineering, preferably with observability or monitoring tools.
- Strong proficiency in Linux administration and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid programming/scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and debugging.
- Deep understanding of APM, log aggregation, metrics collection, and security event monitoring concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
