About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based components for AT&T’s HCM core and integration layers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to support rapid, secure deployments.
- Leverage Camunda for workflow orchestration and integrate with Oracle HCM Cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and related integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with DevSecOps tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Camunda.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaborative team practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
