About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery lifecycle for large‑scale analytics products, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality releases.
- Lead cross‑functional Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement and optimize DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Mentor and coach team members on technical excellence, process improvement, and career development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior delivery or technical leadership role.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi‑team projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with analytics or data‑centric software is a plus.
