Senior Technical Service Manager - SAP
Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end technical service delivery for SAP customers, driving project success, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across cloud and on‑prem environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of technical service projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, SAP product teams, and internal support functions.
- Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and change management, driving process excellence.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Cloud Platform solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical service management or consulting within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, SAP S/4HANA, and related integration technologies.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑phase initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification is a plus.
