About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium to validate firmware and software across photovoltaic inverters and storage systems.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for production defects, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.
- Define and enforce quality metrics, test coverage, and release criteria in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Coordinate cross‑functional reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a high‑volume manufacturing or service environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
