Senior Technical Project Manager - Playtech

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle for large‑scale technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain product backlog with product owners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Develop and track project metrics, budgets, and timelines, providing transparent status reports to senior leadership.
• Implement continuous improvement practices, driving process enhancements and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment, preferably in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) and basic understanding of cloud technologies.
