About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle for marketing automation deployments, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Apply agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative releases.
- Ensure alignment with data analytics teams to embed tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in a martech or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record delivering marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile credential is a plus.
