About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobile and platform projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Apply Agile Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, compliance) to define scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide transparent progress reporting, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Drive technical decision‑making around fintech, payments, and blockchain integrations, ensuring scalability and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in fintech or related technology domains.
- Proven track record delivering mobile and platform products using Agile Scrum.
- Strong understanding of payments, blockchain, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
