About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data science projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain product backlogs.
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report project performance metrics, providing transparent status updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in technology or data‑science environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights and translate them into project actions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering on time within budget constraints.
