About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑disciplinary technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams on Scrum best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and manage change requests.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to executive leadership as needed.
- Track and report project metrics, providing transparent status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in software or IT environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and related tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
