About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of large‑scale talent management solutions, from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s associate engagement strategy.
- Drive Agile development processes, coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, data science, operations) and remove impediments to maintain rapid delivery cadence.
- Partner with senior business leaders and external partners to define product vision, prioritize features, and translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Leverage AWS services and data analytics to build scalable, data‑driven platforms that provide actionable insights for millions of associates.
- Establish metrics, monitor program health, and report progress to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program or product management experience delivering complex, cloud‑based solutions at scale.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading distributed, multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse groups around a common vision.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
