About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, cross‑functional technical programs that enhance hiring workflows and candidate experiences.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to define AI‑powered features, set technical roadmaps, and prioritize backlog items.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage program risks, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases across multiple regions.
- Communicate progress, metrics, and impact to senior stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business value.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management processes, tooling, and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in large tech or talent‑acquisition environments.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑team initiatives on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable program decisions.
