About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end technical programs for server, storage, and networking solutions, coordinating hardware, firmware, software, and cloud teams.
- Define program scope, milestones, and deliverables using Agile and SAFe methodologies, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and communicate status to senior leadership.
- Develop and control program budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning across multiple global sites.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, driving consensus among engineering, product management, supply chain, and quality assurance.
- Track key performance indicators, generate executive reports, and continuously improve program processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in data‑center, cloud, or HPC hardware environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks, risk management, and large‑scale budget oversight.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and its integration with enterprise hardware.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading distributed, multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
