Product Manager
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable cloud storage solutions, driving resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and operations using Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end program lifecycle for cloud storage initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to define resource requirements, capacity plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to keep teams focused and aligned.
- Analyze performance metrics, forecast capacity needs, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and documentation across the program.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a large technology organization.
- Proven track record managing complex cloud storage or infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
