About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery for platform services that support automated fulfillment, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to define product roadmaps, technical specifications, and success metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and infrastructure to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and enhance reliability.
- Facilitate cross‑team communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple time zones.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or platform engineering, with a proven track record in large‑scale, high‑impact projects.
- Deep understanding of automation, robotics, computer vision, and machine learning technologies in a manufacturing or logistics context.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using mathematical optimization and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
