About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of platform services, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement for multi‑disciplinary engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
- Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines and infrastructure automation using AWS and DevOps tools.
- Manage risk, resolve blockers, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on platform engineering or large‑scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high‑availability services on AWS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
