Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large‑scale, multi‑team technical programs, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices to manage program backlogs, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and operations to define program scope, architecture, and integration points.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Drive program governance, including change control, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within fintech or payment systems.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary programs using Agile/Scrum.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and security standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment with distributed teams.
