About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex programs that redesign hiring workflows and enable AI‑powered talent insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Apply Agile frameworks to manage multi‑team sprints, ensuring timely releases and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, facilitating workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder interviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or product management experience in a technology‑heavy environment.
- Proven track record delivering large, data‑centric solutions at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
