About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end program delivery for AI agent benchmark datasets, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, product, marketing) to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of benchmark processes, tooling, and data quality to support rapid experimentation.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Champion best practices in program governance, risk management, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or AI‑focused environment.
- Proven track record delivering large, cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and benchmark development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and modern project management tools.
