About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize end‑to‑end product workflows, ensuring high availability and performance of the workforce operating platform.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines using SQL and Python to provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and operational processes.
- Manage incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation to continuously improve system reliability.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, maintain Jira boards, and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Design and implement API integrations and data validation scripts to streamline data flow between internal and external SaaS services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product operations, site reliability, or related roles within SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands‑on experience with Jira or similar project‑tracking tools.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs, data pipelines, and monitoring dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
