About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision for AI‑driven compliance and security features, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Prioritize backlog based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic value, using data analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Lead cross‑functional releases, coordinating with marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product launches.
- Track product performance metrics, iterate on features, and report progress to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in compliance, security, or AI domains.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.
