About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑powered customer experience solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business goals into technical requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and manage backlogs using Agile frameworks to ensure rapid, high‑quality releases.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or data‑intensive technology environments.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
