Lead the strategy and delivery of a customer‑facing Agentic AI product, integrating LLMs, agents, and internal APIs. Drive partnerships with OpenAI, shape new model capabilities, and accelerate growth as a senior technical product manager.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for the Agentic AI platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build, test, and launch LLM‑driven features and agent workflows.
- Own end‑to‑end API strategy, ensuring seamless integration with internal services and external partners such as OpenAI.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Measure product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly to improve user experience and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or related technical domains.
- Deep understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic AI architectures.
- Proven track record delivering API‑first products and integrating with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Strong analytical skills, data‑driven decision making, and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with external AI partners (e.g., OpenAI) and navigating partnership agreements.
