Lead the design and delivery of a machine‑learning powered advertising platform, driving product strategy, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional execution to scale Reddit’s ad ecosystem.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Ads ML Platform, translating business goals into technical requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to build scalable ML models that optimize ad targeting, bidding, and revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to improve fill rates, CPM, and user experience.
- Prioritize backlog, manage sprint cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including executives, advertisers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in a tech‑heavy environment, preferably in advertising or recommendation systems.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience building or managing machine‑learning pipelines and evaluating model performance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving cross‑functional teams to success.
- Passion for data‑driven decision making and a deep understanding of online advertising ecosystems.
