About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex pricing models for personal lines products, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define pricing strategies and influence product development.
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards in Excel and BI tools to track key metrics.
- Validate model outputs through rigorous statistical testing and scenario analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in insurance pricing or actuarial analytics.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
