About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on day‑2 operational support for enterprise Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers and underlying infrastructure supporting OpenShift workloads.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for a government customer, translating requirements into actionable integration plans.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement patches, upgrades, and compliance controls.
- Provide performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident response for mission‑critical services.
Requirements
- Active Secret (TS/SCI preferred) clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 5 years of Linux system administration experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Proven ability to manage technical accounts, communicate with senior stakeholders, and drive issue resolution.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and automation tools is a plus.
