Engineering Manager
Lead a data analytics team to transform raw operational data into actionable insights using Python and SQL, building dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and recommending process improvements to drive business performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform operational data from multiple sources to support analytical initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators such as order volumes, error rates, and SLA adherence.
- Perform trend analysis and performance monitoring to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure data quality and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid understanding of KPI development, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
