Engineering Manager
Senior Technical Lead responsible for end‑to‑end production support of critical .NET and Salesforce applications, driving incident response, root‑cause analysis, and 24×7 availability while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead P1 and P2 incident response, ensuring rapid triage, clear communication, and service restoration within defined SLAs.
- Own the full lifecycle of P3 and P4 issues, from investigation through resolution, maintaining detailed documentation.
- Perform deep‑dive analysis of .NET, C# and Salesforce application failures, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to coordinate fixes, patches, and configuration changes.
- Participate in a structured on‑call rotation, providing 24×7 support and escalation handling.
- Drive continuous improvement of incident management processes and knowledge‑base articles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production support experience with .NET/C# applications and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts, SQL troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Proven incident management skills, including handling high‑severity (P1/P2) incidents.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with monitoring tools, scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation of support tasks.
