About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and project management standards.
- Develop and approve product/process designs, cost estimates, schedules, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication between design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to meet project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lessons learned to enhance design processes and reduce cycle time.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, resource allocations, and procurement activities, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in engineering project leadership within product development and R&D environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and project management frameworks.
- Proficiency in creating technical specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams toward innovative solutions.
